Our 8-week transformation challenge will provide you with the guidance and knowledge to get into the shape of your life.  

The Activ8 plan has been designed so people can do it at home with minimal equipment (just resistance bands) There is a strong emphasis on bodyweight training, It is ideal if you are not so keen in training in the gym. It gradually increases in intensity and starts to incorporate pairings exercises and circuits.

The Blast8 program, is designed to reignite the performance that lies within. This combination of Bodyweight Circuit/HIIT based sessions gives this program a serious edge when it comes to fat loss!

Not only will the plan shred fat, it will increase strength and athletic performance.

The Charge8 program is an 8-week plan designed to Super-Charge your training and improve body composition. Enhancing the proportion of muscle mass and stripping away body fat.

The program will guide you along every step and is built upon the principles of progressive overload, with the workouts increasing in intensity throughout the duration of the program.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

I have never really exercised before, is this the right plan for me?

The SF8challenges cater for everybody from brand new gym goers through to people who have trained for years. Our custom App provides all of the instruction needed to have the confidence in taking part in our challenges. 

 

Do I need to go to a gym to take part in this plan?

You do not need to go to a gym on this plan. We provide workouts for beginners in the ACTIV8 challenge to be completed at home with only resistance bands, through to gym goers in the BLAST8 challenge and those wanting to pack on muscle in the CHARGE8 challenge.

 

Which plan is best for me?

We have the A-B-C’s covered with three different levels of challenge.

The ACTIV8 challenge has been designed around people who may be uncomfortable going into the gym environment and want to be able to train from the comfort of their own homewith minimal equipment. Only resistance bands are required, the is primarily focussed upon body weight training. It gradually increases in intensity and starts to incorporate pairings exercises and circuits; you can also incorporate dumbbells into this plan for increased intensity, but this is not required. 

 

The BLAST8 challenge is a gym-based program. It is a step-up from the ACTIV8 challenge with a much greater focus upon conditioning and improving fitness and Cardiovascular health. The challenge is designed to reignite the performance that lies within. This combination of Bodyweight Circuit/HIIT based sessions gives this program a serious edge when it comes to fat loss. Not only will the plan shred fat, it will increase strength and athletic performance.

 

The CHARGE8 challenge is the next step up, for those looking to ramp up their training to the next level, through consistent and planned progressive overload, forcing the muscles and body to adapt, so not only will challengers strip away body fat but they will also supercharge their strength and enhance their body composition by increasing the proportion of muscle to body fat (even the most extreme athletes and bodybuilders still require some bodyfat!) so, not only will they look more muscular they will also weigh less. 

Will this plan work for me?

The SF8 Challenges have been designed to give you everything you need to get results, from nutrition, to exercise tutorial and education through our App with supporting documents. 

 

What if I don’t like some of the meals on the meal plan?

You will be supplied with a number of meal plans, tailored around your nutritional and energy requirements to achieve the best results, however dieting should be flexible. Your diet needs to be sustainable so you will also be provided with your energy requirements, so if you want to swap out a meal you can as long as you stay within your assigned calorie and energy needs.
